Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Kulram. Please read them before you start, and get in touch if anything is unclear.

The service

Kulram is a bookkeeping service where you do the work through a chat with an assistant. Kulram is run by Prasannjeet Singh (enskild firma, a Swedish sole trader).

For now Kulram is open to invited users only. You get access through an invitation. The service is being developed continuously, and what it offers and how it works may change.

Your responsibility for your books

You are responsible for your bookkeeping and for your tax returns and other filings with the authorities.

Kulram never files anything with Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency). You do the filing yourself.

The assistant prepares, you confirm

The assistant prepares your bookkeeping for you, but nothing is booked until you have confirmed it.

Check what you approve. When you confirm, the decision is yours.

Availability

We work to keep Kulram running, but we give no guarantee that the service is always available or free from interruptions.

Your data

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

You can export your books as an SIE file at any time. You are responsible for archiving your bookkeeping for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen) requires.

Ending your account

You can end your account at any time by emailing hej@kulram.se. Export your books as SIE before you do.

While Kulram is open to invited users only, we may also end your access. If we do, we will tell you in advance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court.

Changes

If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
